What is in this deposit

Cash and checksCounted by hand and carried to the bank. Electronic transferA processor payout or a bank transfer, already net of any fees.

Deposit date Total on the bank’s slip (optional) Name (optional) With “Electronic transfer” chosen this label becomes Who sent it, required, placeholder “Schwab brokerage” — the name the bank statement will show the money as coming from.

If the deposit is already counted, enter the slip total and gifts will be checked against it as you go. If you are counting now, leave it empty — the screen keeps a running total you can carry to the bank, and you can add a slip total later.

With “This month” chosen nothing has been posted yet in September, and the page shows no Posted section at all — no empty line, no total.

What this screen mirrors. apps/web/app/(app)/giving/page.tsx as of 2026-09-03, with more-menu.tsx, giving-tabs.tsx, refresh-list.tsx and new-batch-form.tsx, shaped by #245 (one primary action and a More menu), #284/#354 (four tabs), #355 (the giving address moved into the quiet state and the menu) and #383 (Reports left the nav; “All reports” lives under More). Rendered as the treasurer, Tom Reyes: the pastor seat in lib/seats.ts holds giving_aggregate read and not giving read, so /giving answers 404 for Pastor Sarah and her nav carries “Giving summary” (/reports/giving-aggregate) instead of Giving — the nav above is what his seat (Volunteer + Money seat, with Events view ticked by hand) actually gets: no Communication or Serving, and Giving as the first word behind the line. The hub has no month tiles or totals (the old summary cards became the range links), so August’s $17,880 and September’s $0 appear only as the sum of the rows; the Coming-in and Deposits tabs are shown one above the other, and the “Nothing coming in” quiet state is absent because a payout is in transit.
