Most church software charges more as your congregation grows, or charges a flat fee that squeezes small churches. Church Engagement OS does neither: every congregation gets the whole platform (unlimited people, unlimited staff and volunteer accounts, every feature) and chooses its own monthly amount.
Most congregations pay $75 a month.
That is our suggestion for a congregation of 75 to 300 in attendance. It buys everything, and it is a suggestion, not a tier.

These are suggestions, not tiers. Pay less if your budget needs it; the minimum is $10 a month, which covers hosting. Pay more if you can, and you help carry smaller congregations. Nobody asks you to justify the number.
Texts are charged by use from the first one, trial included: 3¢ a message segment, inside a monthly budget you set, because every text costs real money to deliver. Texts sent during the trial appear on your first invoice.

- Can we change our amount later?
- Yes, up or down, whenever your budget changes, from your billing settings. The new amount starts at your next renewal. Cancel anytime.
- Is anything held back at lower amounts?
- No. Features, updates and support are the same for everyone.
- Will our price change on its own?
- Never. Your church may grow or shrink and your budget may change, but your amount only changes when you change it. A church paying $25 and a church paying $250 use the same Church Engagement OS.
What the payment processors charge
We take nothing from a gift. Online gifts settle in your church’s own Stripe or PayPal account, and the processor keeps its fee out of each payout. These are their published US rates for a confirmed charity as we understand them today — an estimate, and theirs to change. You can connect either, or both.
- Stripe — card gift
- 2.9% + 30¢ per gift.
- Stripe — bank transfer
- 0.8%, capped at $5, per gift — plus $1.50 each time a giver links a bank account.
- Stripe — standing gift (weekly or monthly)
- 0.7% more on every charge, card or bank, for Stripe Billing.
- PayPal, Venmo and card through PayPal
- 1.99% + 49¢ per gift at PayPal’s charity rate; 2.89% + 49¢ until PayPal has confirmed the church as a charity.
Givers can choose to add the fee on your giving page, and the amount they see is estimated from these rates. Every payout lists what the processor took, line by line.
