What this screen mirrors. apps/web/app/(app)/communication/page.tsx as of 2026-09-03, after #383 moved health, the failed addresses and the test send to /communication/deliverability (its door carries the failing-address count) and put “What was said lately” on the first screen; audience sentences come from lib/communication/audience.ts, with the People list’s lenses and seen/not-seen filters carried whole into a saved audience (commit 0874a710: an audience means what the list meant). There is no tab strip — the doors are a row of buttons — and no compose form here: the composer is /communication/announcements/new (its “Who it goes to” select is previewed on event.html). The “Sending is not available” banner and the first-run empty state are absent because this church can send and has audiences.
